Cognassist provides scalable and long-term solutions for employers to become legally compliant towards neurodiversity, aids in the creation of neuro-inclusive working environments that leads to lower staff attrition and provides cognitive mapping solutions so all employees can map and learn about their own cognition in order to self-develop with mind hacks designed for the working environment.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and ferocious VP Sales to join our growing team to build the Repeatable Sales Engine and scale into the enterprise space, incorporating new & expanded revenue, and becoming the category leader designing and delivering GTM plans.
The successful candidate will ultimately be responsible for changing the working environment for millions of people, by enabling their employer to develop and maintain neuro-inclusive working practises.
We have built our foundations within education, selling our product to schools /universities /education providers, and are now in the process of expanding into the B2B market, selling our product to companies to better help their employees.
Having already secured several blue-chip brands, we're looking for a person experienced in selling B2B SaaS, with a focus on professional, scalable, and repeatable processes, who can lead and drive a sales team.
Role Responsibilities
- Secure new business wins to consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Develop and iterate repeatable sales process for a scalable go to market function, alongside tracking, reporting, and managing metrics to ensure efficient and timely sales velocity
- Lead, mentor & coach the company’s sales team, to increase market share and diversify income channels.
- Determine the right frameworks and methodologies for the team, alongside creation and adherence to a structured playbook to set, track, report on and deliver against ambitious growth targets.
- Own, develop, and maximise sales opportunities from inbound leads in target market segments.
- Foster a deep understanding of the company vision, and our competitive and market environments in order to help shape sales strategies.
- Network at industry events, both face-to-face and online.
- Line management, development, and expansion of the sales team.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of comprehensive experience selling SaaS solutions into enterprise organisations with an in-depth knowledge of processes and metrics for selling into enterprise. Experience selling into HR teams a bonus
- Proven experience in hiring, managing, and developing a team of sales people.
- Data driven and able to report up, down and across using data, whilst using data to justify decisions and actions
- Will need to undertake selling and lead from the front.
- Will need to learn from the market and develop repeatable sales processes, bed these into the team and operate the team to drive efficient repeatable sales.
- Ability to accurately forecast sales in advance with constantly improving accuracy over time.
- Extensive experience selling into enterprise clients across sectors.
- Experience running a sales team, creating, testing and developing sales enablement materials and iterating pitches to fine tune go to market capabilities.
- Comfortable working in an environment of rapid growth, constant change, and lots of unknowns.
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent networker with the ability to develop and maintain networks, whilst building strong relationships at all levels.
- Able to demonstrate a track record of success, ambition, and high performing.

Qualifications Required
- BSc/BA in Sales, Business or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a Sales leadership role, preferably within a B2B SaaS organisation.
