As a Neurodiversity Consultant at Cognassist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to understand the needs of prospective clients in the business and higher education verticals. You will be responsible for delivering on-site and online training and certification programs for managers, HR teams, and executives, ensuring they are equipped to create inclusive and supportive environments for neurodiverse individuals.
You will also work closely with the Cognassist product team, providing valuable feedback and insights from clients to drive continuous improvement and innovation. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a deep understanding of neurodiversity and a passion for promoting inclusive practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in understanding the unique needs of prospective clients in the business and higher education sectors, tailoring Cognassist's offerings to meet these requirements.
- Deliver on-site and online training and certification programs for managers, HR teams, and executives, focusing on best practices for supporting neurodiverse individuals in the workplace and educational environments.
- Collaborate with the Cognassist product team to provide feedback and insights from clients, identifying opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on neurodiversity.
- Stay up to date with the latest research, trends, and best practices in neurodiversity, ensuring that Cognassist's training materials and offerings remain current and relevant.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and communications to promote Cognassist's neurodiversity consultancy services and enhance our brand image.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to network with potential clients and stay current on market trends and opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field, with a focus on neurodiversity or special education.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in neurodiversity consulting, training, or a similar role.
- Deep understanding of neurodiversity, including knowledge of cognitive assessments, support strategies, and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with experience in delivering engaging and impactful training sessions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as online training and communication tools.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to contribute to the success of the team and company.
