As a Junior Partnerships Manager at Cognassist, you will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key tech providers in the apprenticeship and higher education sectors. You will be responsible for managing referral partner agreements, handling referred leads, attending industry events, and fostering new partnerships to support the growth and expansion of our business. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for contributing to a more inclusive world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key tech providers in the apprenticeship and higher education sectors, fostering collaboration and identifying opportunities for mutual growth.
- Manage referral partner agreements, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met and that relationships are maintained effectively and professionally.
- Track and handle referred leads, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into new business opportunities.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to network with potential partners and stay current on market trends and opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities, aligning with Cognassist's strategic goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement partnership strategies, ensuring a seamless integration of partner offerings with Cognassist's products and services.
- Prepare and deliver regular partnership performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and communications to promote Cognassist's partnerships and enhance our brand image.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to contribute to the success of the team and company.
- Familiarity with the education and/or technology sectors is a plus.
