We are a start-up so we need someone with plenty of initiative and smarts, who can cut through the noise and understand what are the biggest priorities to achieve. You will need to innovate and create the best approaches, test, develop and translate into documented Standard Operating Practices. You should be a player/coach with the ambition to be the best at doing the job and coaching others to be as good as you at it.
We’re building as we go, and you have the chance to make a career defining leap into go to market excellence if you’re driven enough.
Responsibilities
- Create and fine-tune sales processes and tools based on what works best for our clients.
- Dive into our vision, understand our market, and craft killer sales strategies.
- Smash those sales targets, quarter after quarter.
- Own that sales pipeline like a maestro, from leads to deals.
- Showcase our product like a pro to potential clients.
- Team up with marketing and generate opportunities, but also carve out your own path to success.
- Take charge of your opportunities and see them through to close.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of selling SaaS
- Expert skills with Salesforce and Outreach.
- Math-based education qualification and ability to seamlessly apply into a professional environment.
- Drive, ambition, and a knack for working in successful sales teams.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and an eye for results.
- An analytical brain with adaptability in your DNA.
- Genuine passion for making a difference in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
Key Competencies
- Masterful communication, presentation, and negotiation finesse.
- Proven prowess in organisation and time management.
Qualifications
- Level 4+ apprenticeship or Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field.
