In my early 20s, I discovered the personalisation power of educational psychology. By mapping cognition and applying tailored techniques, individuals can dramatically improve their chances of success in life, work and play. But access to these tools was limited to those with deep pockets or rare government grants. I was given a grant.

I thought it was critical that we figure out how to collapse the price and super-scale the access to this science. This ambition became Cognassist.

As CEO, my focus is on accelerating this impact. I do that by building great teams, setting clear goals, and constantly analysing how we can deliver more value to more people.
