Customer Success Education Lead – Customer SuccessI joined Cognassist in October 2023 as a Customer Success Education Lead, supporting clients with the implementation and effective use of the Cognassist platform in educational settings. I’m passionate about making education accessible to everyone, which is why joining Cognassist felt like a natural next step.
I was drawn to Cognassist because it offered the opportunity to continue making a meaningful impact in education, but from a new perspective—through the use of innovative technology. From day one, the onboarding process was thoughtful and well organised. I had the chance to spend time with different teams across the business, which helped me quickly understand how our work fits together and how the platform supports both providers and learners.
One of the things I value most about working at Cognassist is how aligned and unified the entire organisation is around our mission. Whether you're speaking to the CEO, someone in product or engineering, or a colleague in an administrative role—everyone is visible, accessible, and working towards the same goal: making education more inclusive and effective. There’s a genuine sense of purpose here.
