Customer Success Lead – Customer SuccessI joined Cognassist in December 2025 as a Customer Success Lead, supporting colleges, training providers, and education sector clients with the implementation and effective use of the Cognassist platform. My role focuses on helping organisations embed the platform within their provision so they can better support learners and strengthen inclusive practice.
Before joining Cognassist, I worked across the further education sector in a variety of roles, including Apprenticeship Manager in colleges and independent training providers, as well as previously working as an Assessor and Tutor. Throughout my career I have always had a strong focus on equity, diversity and inclusion and was proud to represent this as an EDI Representative in two different organisations. I also experienced Cognassist first-hand as a client and saw the value it brought in identifying and supporting learners with hidden needs.
I was drawn to Cognassist because the mission of “No learner left behind” strongly aligns with my own values as an educator and manager. Ensuring hidden needs are identified and every learner has the opportunity to reach their full potential is something I feel passionate about.
From day one, the onboarding experience was welcoming and supportive, with opportunities to connect with colleagues across different teams. What I value most about working at Cognassist is the collaborative culture and shared commitment to improving inclusion in education.
Seeing the positive impact Cognassist has on both providers and learners is incredibly motivating, and I’m proud to be part of an organisation that truly lives its values.
