I joined Cognassist in early 2026 and split my time between Customer Success and growth projects, evidencing our value to current and new partners. 

My background for the previous 9 years has been in the Apprenticeship space, leading Account Management and Business Development teams to design and deliver best in class programmes, with real return on investment for employers. 

I'm hugely passionate about education and the benefits it brings for both individuals and us as a nation. I joined Cognassist because we:

  • Genuinely impact learning at an individual level.
  • Enable education providers to deliver the tailored support that EVERYONE deserves, at scale.
  • Have huge potential for further adoption and impact.
