Customer Success Manager – Customer SuccessI was excited to work for Cognassist because I could see that they had a great, meaningful product, a great plan for the future of the company and took their company values very seriously. From my interviews through to onboarding with my lovely team, I could tell how knowledgeable, supportive and professional everyone was. The hiring and onboarding process was one of the smoothest and most organised I’ve experienced.
As a Customer Success Manager, I get to speak directly to apprenticeship and further education providers so that I can support them in getting the most out of Cognassist. I’m able to solve problems, offer training and hear about how Cognassist is part of the essential support they provide to learners. I’m also able to share feedback from me and my clients so that the platform continues to improve, which feels great.
I’ve been reminded again that working with a good team makes everything easier and more enjoyable! I love that my ideas are taken seriously in our team and by my manager. I’ve learnt a huge amount about Apprenticeships and I’m proud to be part of a company that supports them. And, of course, I’ve learnt a huge amount about cognition- mine and in general- and my work has definitely benefited from that!
